CPCECHO reports a growth of 95 percent in turnover in 2022, a percentage that represents figures of more than EUR 6 million. In 2021, the company had recorded EUR 3.2 million.

The results of the past year, marked by growth across all business areas, allow the company to anticipate the expansion of its offices in Porto and Lisbon and the strengthening of partnerships in its most strategic business areas.

During the fiscal year ended last December, also worth highlighting is the 250 percent growth in services, which represent 20% of the company's turnover, as well as the increase in the Collaboration and Digital Security areas. Growth was seen across the Workplace and Enterprise Apps areas.

This positive development results from investment in people, tools and processes, as well as from the strategy of deepening customer knowledge (through AOMS). CPCECHO's installed customer base also grew.

Growth forecasts for 2023

For the year now beginning, CPCECHO anticipates business growth of 50%, in line with the forecasts for 2022, which were, however, exceeded. CPCECHO's services team, which is currently made up of twice as many professionals as in 2021, now represents around half of the company's total Human Resources. The number of employees increased globally by 43% in 2022, compared to 2021.

In 2023, the company will continue to invest in multiple capabilities to ensure availability to customers and to increase synergy with the most strategic partners essential to the success of the business. Areas such as Always On Managed Services, Digital Security, Cloud and Collaboration will be fundamental to the development of the company's business.

This year, CPCECHO will complete the transition of its teams to the new office space of the CPCis group, a hub fully adapted to collaboration and hybrid work. The business will continue to benefit from the services and logistics operations centre in Gaia and from its physical presence in the capital, through its offices in Lisbon.

Teams with specialised profiles will grow in line with needs, with team growth forecast at between 25% and 30%. The need for consultants may, however, change according to how the business develops, as was proven in 2022, when the forecast for team reinforcement stood at 25-30% but required the company to grow its teams by around 50%.

Jorge Queiroz Machado, CEO of CPCECHO, is very pleased with the company's performance in 2022. "We managed to improve our skills, increase our capacity, be more efficient, develop our strategic partnerships and get closer to our customers". The same executive notes that "the company invests with a growth mindset, preparing for the future. We invest with the company we want to become in mind, not the one we currently are. To this end, we aim to ensure the capacity for growth while maintaining the quality, capacity and skills built on the best professionals, tools and processes, as well as availability to our customers".
