CPCECHO, together with GoReady, presents Easyscore, a KPI management tool that allows companies to track their key KPIs in a simple, clear and objective way.
The new solution is implemented at the client quickly and easily, and its use is based on a set of templates that enable the adoption of a Balanced Scorecard methodology model. Companies can also opt for simplified approaches to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor indicators segmented by process. Designed for companies across a wide range of markets and with a strong presence in the Utilities market, Easyscore represents a comprehensive approach to identifying the KPIs that matter to the business and managing them appropriately with a view to optimising processes and improving results.
Among Easyscore's various features, one worth highlighting is the ability to set targets for each indicator and for each period. This means performance can be assessed quickly and easily, drawing on a wide and comprehensive range of reports and dashboards. To support this KPI management, Easyscore is connected to existing information systems, namely the Corporate Risk Management Application, a module required by the National Cybersecurity Centre for compliance with DL65/2021.
The new solution from CPCECHO and GoReady can be complemented with other free report-building tools, such as Microsoft's PowerBI or equivalent tools. In addition, through integration with Esri's ArcGIS platform, Easyscore enables the exploration of data and indicators in a geographic context.
With a very short implementation time, generally within a period of less than 1 month, Easyscore allows organisations to build a monitoring system with 200 indicators in under a month.
