CPCEcho was created at the beginning of 2021 and is an integral part of the CPCis group, a group with more than 30 years of history. It absorbs SVDI's traditional business areas and adds a portfolio of solutions and services that make it possible to respond to all of an organisation's IT needs at the level of systems and the workplace.

In recent times they have seen strong demand for solutions that offer clients hybrid working environments. With the need for mobility and the increased use of home or public networks, there has been a noticeable rise in market concern for security solutions, as well as the outsourcing of IT areas by clients to managed services teams.

"Innovation will always be present in the solutions we bring to market, as it is part of our DNA, both in the way we provide our services and in the choice of Partner ecosystem that complements our offering. Our goal is to make IT simpler", says José Carlos Silva, Executive Board - Head of Sales at CPCEcho.

Growth plan and expansion strategy

The company's growth plan envisages strong levels of investment and commitment in areas such as team training and certification, recruitment of new talent, and the development of platforms for clients with a high level of automation and analytics.

The CPCEcho team currently consists of 20 employees and has three hubs (Porto, Gaia and Lisbon), but will continue to invest in expanding and renovating its facilities to ensure a larger scale of operation, higher levels of recruitment and, consequently, to ensure proximity to its clients throughout the country.

Who do they work with?

Currently operating only in Portuguese territory, CPCEcho shares the view that Partnerships are essential to complement its services. In the Hybrid IT business unit, CPCEcho's strategic Partners are Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba, Microsoft and Nutanix. In the Modern Workplace pillar, meanwhile, they have Partnerships such as HP, Microsoft, Avaya, Lenovo, Genesys and Ribbon. In its Enterprise Apps offerings, it has Partnerships with CPCIT4All, Goready and Craftere.

"We want to have Partnerships for the skills where we see Partners with advanced know-how, we don't want to do everything, we want to focus on what we are good at and in this way we ensure the best solutions and the best experience for our clients", concludes José Carlos Silva.
