The deal brings the Porto-based technology company into the CPCis family and strengthens the company's offering.

CPCECHO announces the acquisition of a 10% stake in Craftere, a technology company based in Porto.

The deal gives CPCis a stake that allows it to enrich its portfolio with Craftere's services and with the skills that the Porto-based company's team provides.

Craftere provides technology services across several business areas such as: systems integration; development of web and mobile solutions; consulting and solution analysis; reorganisation and modernisation of processes and technology architectures; outsourcing; among others.

The company develops solutions tailored to each reality and drawing on the latest technologies, so as to simplify processes and relationships with clients. Another of its goals is to decode technical language and strengthen trust in an increasingly competitive ICT services market.

Inês Garganta, Founder and CEO of Craftere, explains that «in a world where technology is a condition for the success of economies and companies, we need agile, robust and durable solutions. Craftere emerges with the aim of closing the current information gap that exists between traditional providers and clients, which often brings various types of costs for them».

Jorge Queiroz Machado, CEO of CPCis, states that «CPCis's stake in Craftere allows our company to strengthen its offering in some strategic areas. We are very excited to bring this company into the CPCis family and look forward to showing the market the added value this deal brings to our portfolio».
