Founded in early 2021, CPCECHO absorbs the traditional business areas of SVDI, namely in the Unified Communications, security, networking, and contact center markets, which have been in the market for over 20 years, and adds to these offerings a generous and extensive portfolio of solutions and services that enable it to address, assertively and flexibly, all of an organization's IT needs in terms of its systems, its workplace, and with a layer of security and operation management services.

CPCECHO bases its operating strategy on the pillars of trust, commitment, and proximity to its customers, on a policy of alignment with the channel, and on ensuring the sustainability of its projects. The company will benefit from the existing channel strategy at SVDI and the vast experience of the team it inherits from the company that is now disappearing. The goal is to quickly consolidate its position as the partner of choice in the areas where it operates.

CPCECHO's growth plan envisages high levels of investment and commitment in areas such as team training and certification, development of customer platforms, expansion and renovation of facilities, sustainability, and hiring new talent.

Jorge Queiroz Machado, CEO of CPCECHO, explains that “we want to evolve the SVDI framework, expand our offering and partnerships, hire professionals, and invest in people, tools, and solutions that allow us to be more agile and intelligent so that we can be closer to our customers' needs and challenges.” He emphasizes that “if we ensure this proximity, creating space for our team's potential, and have partners with the best solutions at our side, market recognition and the company's success will be a natural consequence.”
